Active students
Each person with actual non-trial attendance during the month counts once across all locations. Bookings, trial classes, no-shows and cancellations do not add to the count.
Room to grow in your current tier
The 10% buffer terms: an existing tier for up to 50 students stays at the same rate through 55. From student 56, the next rate applies to future days. The calculator gives a new studio its starting tier without this buffer.
Service balance
Top up
1 month has no bonus. Pay for 6 months and receive 1 extra month of credit; pay for 10 and receive 2, at your current configuration.
Monthly statement
The balance is charged on the 1st for the previous month. After the 14-day trial, the cost is prorated by calendar days of paid use.
Funds and bonuses
Your payment contribution and bonus are recorded separately. The history shows top-ups and service charges.
Optional auto top-up
One-time top-ups are available now. Auto top-up for the 1-month package will be offered after it is activated for the payment account. Before enabling it, you will see the exact UAH amount, bonus and next charge date; no automatic payment starts without separate consent.
Top up for your current configuration
Up to 50 active students, one location and the standard bot.
Monthly rate: $9.
1 month, no bonus: top-up $9 — balance credit $9.
6+1: top-up $54 + bonus $9 — balance credit $63.
10+2: top-up $90 + bonus $18 — balance credit $108.
The bonus equals the price of extra months at your configuration when you top up. Changes to active students, locations or your bot can change the monthly rate and how long the balance lasts. One-time bot setup is separate and earns no bonus.
Example: sign up on 10 September and the trial ends on 24 September. The first statement on 1 October covers 7 calendar days, from 24 to 30 September.
How the rate changes
The 10% buffer applies through 55 in the existing tier up to 50. At 56, the next rate is $19, for future service only. Previous days are not repriced.
Each person counts once per month across all locations. Bookings, trial visits, no-shows and cancelled attendance do not add to the active-student count.
AI data migration and the CRM assistant are available now. No charge is applied automatically: any pricing would require a separate agreement.
