Log in and open your studio CRM

How an owner logs in to My ClubBase and opens the right business from the list of CRMs, and how invited staff log in at the CRM address.

Who it is for
The owner or an invited employee.
What to prepare
Email, password and active access to the studio. A new email has to be confirmed.

Steps

  1. The owner logs in to My ClubBase («Мій ClubBase») with their own email and password.
  2. In the list of available CRMs, check the name and address of the business you need.
  3. Click Log in to CRM («Увійти до CRM») and check the studio name in the workspace.
  4. An employee logs in with their own account at the CRM address given in the invitation.

Result

The workspace of the right studio is open, with the permissions of your role.

If it did not work

If the CRM is not in the list, check the email and whether the invitation was accepted. Suspended access has to be restored by the owner; a different address does not get around the restriction.
