Connect Telegram to a client profile
Create a connection link in the client profile, give it to the right person, then check the link status, the studio and the bot commands.

- The profile of the right person and the client’s access to Telegram.
Steps
- Open the person’s profile and its Telegram section.
- Create a connection link and check how long it is valid.
- Give the link to this person only; the client opens it and starts the bot.
- Check the connection status in the profile and the commands available in the bot.
Result
Telegram is linked to the right person in the right studio.
If it did not work
If the link has expired or the connection is already taken, check the status and create a new link. A saved notification task does not yet prove delivery.
