Preparing the file
For CSV, use UTF-8. In XLSX, keep one sheet, column names in the first row and values without formulas.
Questions about migration
Can I move data from another CRM?
Yes, if it lets you export the data you need to CSV or XLSX. There is no direct connection to third-party CRMs at the moment.
What if the file has errors?
ClubBase shows the rows that need fixing. You can confirm the import once the check passes with no errors.
What is not part of the current import?
The schedule, team roles, correspondence and accounting documents are set up or stored separately.
