How it works for the client and the studio
One ordinary day: a client checks classes and books on their own, arrives and shows a QR code, and the studio sees the result without a single line in a notebook.
The studio sends the person a personal link
The admin creates a link in the client profile and passes it on. The client opens the bot and taps Start, and the profile is linked to their account.
Without this link the bot does not open its menu: it replies that the client needs to ask the studio for one.
Telegram shows their classes, membership and QR code
The bot shows their own schedule, the studio schedule, the membership balance and their QR code. From here they can also confirm or cancel attendance, join a waitlist or request a freeze.
Booking inside the bot is not available yet. It is the next step, listed in Product updates.
Booking happens in the client account, which opens through the same Telegram
From the bot the client goes to their account and confirms the login with a code in Telegram. The account shows the date, time, group, room and free spots, plus a Book button («Записатися»).
This works if the studio has opened group self-booking, the membership is valid and there is no outstanding debt. Private classes are booked by the studio.
The spot is reserved, and sometimes attendance still needs confirming
For some groups the studio asks clients to confirm attendance by a set time. If they do not confirm, the spot is released and goes to the next person.
The client has one permanent QR code, not a separate one for each class. It is in the bot and in the account.
The client arrives and the front desk scans their QR code
The check-in goes into the class attendance log, and the visit is deducted from the membership. Nobody has to keep a notebook and copy it over in the evening.
An online check-in counts right away. An offline check-in stays provisional until it syncs.
The owner sees it where they look every morning
Today’s classes, how full they are, income for the month and the list of what needs attention. Each metric card shows its period and source, and How it’s calculated («Як пораховано») reveals the formula.
