Schedule and space
The whole week of classes in one schedule
Groups, rooms, instructors and recurring classes are visible together. The system finds a conflict before you save, not after a client calls.
Who it is forWhoever sets the weekly schedule, and the instructors who check their own classes.

How a day goes
- A recurring class is created once and laid out across the whole series, up to a year ahead.
- If the room or the instructor is already booked at that time, the system will not save it and tells you who exactly is busy.
- A substitution shows in the schedule, not only in a spoken agreement.
- Capacity comes from the group and the room, and the waitlist is kept on the class.
What stops being manual work
- Before: Checking the room and the instructor in your head
- Now: A second class in a booked room simply will not save
- Before: Rewriting the same week every time
- Now: A recurring class is set up once
